By creating an account and using Mostbet India betting service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Read carefully. If you do not agree with any provision, do not register or use this service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older (or the applicable legal gambling age in your jurisdiction).
• You must not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction, including but not limited to: USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Israel, Australia, and others listed in our Geo-Restrictions policy.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of Venson Ltd or any affiliated company.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under applicable law.
• You may only register one account. Multiple accounts per person, household, or IP address are strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration and Rules

• One account per player, per household, per device, per IP address. Multi-accounting results in immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
• All registration information (name, date of birth, address, contact details) must be accurate, complete, and current. False information is a breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Mostbet India is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your password.
• Notify us immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close accounts for Terms violations, suspected fraud, money laundering, or at regulatory direction.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ₹300 (local methods), ₹400 (AstroPay, USDT), ₹1,200 (Bitcoin).
• All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification (Aadhaar + PAN + address proof + selfie).
• Minimum withdrawal: ₹500. Maximum: ₹9,00,000 (crypto) or ₹1,00,000 (UPI/bank) per transaction.
• Processing time: 24 hours for UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, and crypto; up to 5 business days for bank transfers.
• Large withdrawals may require additional documentation (source of funds declaration) as part of our AML compliance obligations.
• Mostbet India charges no withdrawal fees. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside our control.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

• Each promotion has specific terms — read before claiming. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before withdrawing any bonus-derived winnings.
• Maximum bet during active bonus wagering: ₹500 per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit voids the bonus and all winnings derived from it.
• Bonus abuse — defined as registering multiple accounts, exploiting glitches, unusual betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or coordinated bonus exploitation — results in immediate bonus forfeiture, account closure, and reporting to Curacao authorities.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Mostbet India reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with 24 hours notice where practicable.
• Free spins winnings are subject to the same wagering requirement as the bonus unless otherwise stated.

5. KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Mostbet India is obligated to comply with international AML standards as part of our Curacao eGaming license. We may request identity verification at any time. Required documents for Indian players:

• PAN Card (tax identification)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement under 3 months old)

• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds
• Fraud — chargebacks, disputed card payments, identity theft, impersonation
• Exploiting software glitches or mathematical errors in games
• Posting unauthorized commercial content or spam in live casino chat

Any prohibited activity results in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and may result in civil or criminal legal proceedings.

10. Tax Obligations for Indian Players

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Applicable Indian consumer protection provisions also apply where they confer rights on Indian residents that cannot be excluded by contract. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Curacao courts.

13. Amendments

Mostbet India reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes are notified via email to registered users and via a notice banner on the website. Continued use of the platform following published amendments constitutes acceptance.
